Hotel reservation

Hotel reservation is made on the reservation on-line form. A number of hotel rooms have been reserved at the following hotel at preferential rates for the ICAA – Limassol 2008. The prices are per room, per night, on Half Board bases.

Over sun aviation reserves the right to book another hotel if the desired accommodation should be fully booked.
All reservations are handled by Over sun aviation. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Over sun aviation. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Over sun aviation.
Cancellation of the hotel reservation will be accepted until 15 October 2008.
